Truebluemeandyou: Plexiglass can crack really easily so you may have to add water while drilling to keep the temperature down. How do I know this? Because contrary to popular belief I make things - and I use plexiglass (and I’ve lost many an expensive sheet of the stuff to it cracking while drilling).
